Westover, John G. Papers
Owen Glendower (Glen) Tudor grew up in St. Louis. On June 28, 1917 he enlisted in the Missouri National Guard. Assigned to the 128th Field Artillery, 35th Division, he trained at Camp Doniphan, Okla. and saw combat in the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. After World War I, he joined the Marine Corps and served in Quantico, Virginia, and in Nicaragua in 1928 until his discharge in 1929. This collection contains letters Tudor wrote to his mother during World War I.
