Lawrence County Doughboy Statue

Description

This doughboy statue stands at Cannon Park in Verona, Missouri. It was erected in 1932 and is made of granite stone. The words read: "1914 - 1918 TO OUR HEROES OF LAWRENCE COUNTY WHO SERVED IN THE WORLD WAR. On the back of the monument are the names of those who died in service from Lawrence County, they are listed as follows:

Magill.
