[Fort Riley] Kansas: [July 1, 1917] Dr. [Henry Milton] Whelpley, 220 S. Broadway, St. Louis, [Missouri]. Dear Sir. You will find enclosed blanks which I phoned you about before leaving St. Louis. You will please fill them out and return to me. We have a very nice camp out here. We receive about 8 hours instruction a day. There is about 1500 men in the Medical Training Camp. Description Ray E. Price sent this letter to Dr. Henry Milton Whelpley. Dr. Whelpley was the dean of the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and editor of the Meyer Brothers Druggist magazine. In this letter, Price explained that there were 1500 men training with him in the Medical Training Camp.
