Help Care For Your Boys! Y.M.C.A. If they should knock at your door tonight, tired and mud stained, how wonderfully you would minister to them. With what eagerness you would comfort them. You would do this in your homes. Help the Y.M.C.A. to do this for you in the camps and right up to the firing line, where you cannot go! Sunday, [November]. 11 WILL BE WAR Y.M.C.A. SUNDAY IN KIRKSVILLE Every minister in the city will observe this special occasion at the Sunday morning service. Men, women and children of Kirksville, are you interested in YOUR BOYS “Over There?” If so, regardless of your creed or religious beliefs, go to one of the churches next Sunday. Special Meetings In The Country Districts Have Been Arranged For 3 O’clock Sunday Afternoon Watch For Announcements of Places From November 11th to 19th a nation-wide drive for $35,000,000 to carry on the Y.M.C.A. war work in America and Overseas will be conducted HELP KEEP THESE Y.M.C.A. HOME FIRES BURNING! LET’S ALL DO A SUPER-BIT NOW!”

These artfully crafted posters were distributed to help recruit men for the Navy and Marines, raise money for the war effort, and sustain public morale. This poster was used to promote the work of the Y.M.C.A.
