| Description | Charles S. Ruffner wrote to Jacob D. Von Maur, of the Laclede Gas light Company in St. Louis, Missouri. Ruffner explained that he had received Maur's letter and stated that the Engineers' Club would be glad to accept a gas mask to inaugurate its War Museum. |
