Fort Sill [Oklahoma] [September 2, 1917] Dear Baby Girl Can hardly wait to see my dear little daughter. When you get here you will see lots of Indians and cute little Indian papooses. Saw small one yesterday, looked like he was over 100 years old There is an Indian store in Lawton where you can buy Indian things. Be a nice sweet little daughter and save lots of love and kisses for your old daddy Kiss your sweet mother a dozen times for me and have her kiss you for me Write to me, sweet Loving Daddy
