Headquarters Camp Dix, New Jersey April 26, 1919. Special Orders No. 116} (Extract) Par. 1 By direction of the President, and under the provisions of Section 9, Act of Congress, May 18, 1917, and Circular No. 75, War Department, 1918, the following named officer is honorably discharged from the service of the United States, for the convenience of the Government, to take effect this date, his services being no longer required: Major Clarence Archibald McGuire, M.C., Unassigned Casual Officers Detachment. By command of Major General Scott: G.H. White, Colonel, Infantry, U.S.A., Executive Officer. Official: Max S. Murray, Major, Infantry, U.S.A., Adjutant.
