Army, will proceed to her home, and upon arrival there, report by telegraph to the Surgeon General of the Army, for annulment of contract. By order of the Secretary of War: PEYTON C. Dr. Leonard served as a contract surgeon during World War I at the U.S. Army General Hospital No. 1 in New York City and at an evacuation hospital in Vichy, France. |
