HEADQUARTERS PORT OF EMBARKATION HOBOKEN NEW JERSEY. SPECIAL ORDERS NO 46 February 15, 1919. JS (EXTRACT) 59. Contract Surgeon Esther E. Leonard, Medical Department, having reported at these headquarters February 13, 1919, in compliance with paragraph 28, Embarkation Orders No. 13, AA. E. F., Headquarters Services of Supply, January 15, 1919, will, under War Department instructions of February 3, 1919, report to the Commanding Officer, U. S. A. Embarkation Hospital No. 4, 345 West 50th Street, New York, [New York], for duty, with station in that city. BY COMMAND OF MAJOR GENERAL SHANKS.
