Headquarters 35th Division, American Expeditionary Forces, 1st March, 1919. From: 1st Lieut. Jay M. Lee, F.A., attached to Office of Judge Advocate. To: Captain Douglas D. McDonald, 129th Machine Gun Battalion, Amer. E.F. Subject: Meeting of General Court Martial. 1. A meeting of the General Court Martial instituted under paragraph 6, Special Orders 57, Headquarters 35th Division, 26th February, 1919, of which court you are a member, will be held on Monday, March 3rd, 1919, at 9:30 A.M. at No. 80 Rue Capucins, second floor, Commercy, France, for the trial of such cases may be brought before it. 2.
