Headquarters 35th Division American Expeditionary Forces 27th March, 1919 BULLETIN NO. 83 ) I. POST OFFICE. The 35th Division Post Office will close in the A.E.F. at 2:00 P.M. April 2nd, 1919. After that date all mail for this Division will be handled through the branch office of A.P.O. 762 located at the Belgian Camp. Units will call at that Office daily until their departure from this area to receive incoming mail and to dispatch outgoing mail. Outgoing mail will be limited to Official letters and packages and to personal first class letter mail. No personal mail except first class letter mail will be received by the 35th Division A.P.O. for dispatch to the Untied States, later than noon, March 29, 1919. All members of this command who will not return to the United States with the Division should notify friends and relatives what their new A.P.O. will be as soon as possible as all mail addressed to 35th Division is being held in the United States for delivery there and mail for members who remain in the A.E.F. will have to be forwarded. While at Port of Embarkation, mail for this Division will be handled through Stationary Post Office at Port of Embarkation. II. CHANGE IN CONCERT SCHEDULE. That part of the Band Schedule pertaining to the concerts given by the Artillery Bands is cancelled. By command of Major General Wright: H. S.
