[Y.M.C.A. letterhead] France June 30 1918 Dear Folks at home: Will write you a few lines this fine Sunday morning. Have moved since last wrote you. Am now only Some 100 miles from Eunice. Havent heard from her since wrote you. Probably will hear next time get some mail. Havent had any for a week or more now. We are certainly having some fine weather here now. Is light until about 9 P.M. Seldom ever See any time is dark. We are located in a nice country now. Wheat & crops are looking fine. See lots of American Soldiers here. Ma Some English traveled a ways with us going where Eunice is. Hospital fellows. Made me want to go along with them. I believe I told you I had a letter from Goa Some time ago. Am going to write Mahel today. Suppose she will be home soon on a vacation now. French are making hay now. Is on a rather small scale though. They certainly do have Some
