[Treasury Department letterhead] May 1st, 1917. Busch-Sulzer Bros.-Diesel Engine Co., 2nd & Utah Sts, St. Louis, [Missouri] [stamp] May 2 1917 Gentlemen:- Referring to your letter of April 16th, 1917, regarding your liability for munitions tax for the year 1916, I have to advise that I forwarded your letter together with Form 1089 to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue at Washington, D.C. for his consideration. Upon the 30th ult. I received his reply, a copy of which is herewith enclosed, and you are requested to conform with his instructions. Respectfully, Geo. H. Moore Collector.
