Dear Sir: The reason that you have not received a copy of the monthly progress report on % completions of vessels built and building for the Navy is that the Secretary has ordered the discontinuance of the printing or publishing of this report until things quiet down. Description Letter from E.R. Morrissey, assistant inspector of machinery, to James R. Harris, Vice President of the Busch-Sulzer Brothers Diesel Engine Company. Morrissey stated that Harris had not yet received a report on the completion of vessels built, because the Secretary of the Navy, W.S. Benson, had ordered these reports be terminated until things quieted down.
