Certificate of Reinstatement of Corporation State of Missouri Department of State To all to Whom these Presents shall Come: I, Cornelius Roach, Secretary of State of the State of Missouri, and Keeper of the Great Seal thereof, hereby certify that Busch-Sulzer Brothers Diesel Engine Company, Corporation No. 26359, suspended on the second day of October, 1916, as provided in Section 8 of Act approved March 27, 1913, Laws 1913, page 169, was this day reinstated as provided in Section 9 of said Act, and restored to good standing on the records of this Department. In Testimony Whereof, I hereunto set my hand and affix the Great Seal of the State of Missouri. Done at the City of Jefferson, this 28th day of October A.D. Nineteen Hundred and Sixteen Cornelius Roach Secretary of State
