Certificate of Registration State of Missouri Department of State To all to Whom these Presents shall Come: I, Cornelius Roach, Secretary of State of the State of Missouri, and Keeper of the Great Seal thereof, hereby certify that Corporation No. 26359 Busch-Sulzer Bros Diesel Engine Co 2d & Utah Streets St. Louis, Missouri has this day registered in the office of the Secretary of State as required by law. In testimony Whereof, Thereunto set my hand and affix the Great Seal of the State of Missouri. Done at the City of Jefferson, this 15th day of July A.D. Nineteen Hundred and Thirteen Cornelius Roach Secretary of State.
