This stone memorial to Veterans of Foreign Wars is located on the Vernon County Courthouse lawn, originally constructed to commemorate the service of World War Veterans, the monument was expanded to include Veterans through the Vietnam conflict. The names of all perished Vernon County Veterans from each conflict are inscribed in the stone.
