Description	This photomechanical print [poster] depicts a proclamation by President Woodrow Wilson regarding National War Savings Day. The text only poster is printed blue ink with image of the Great Seal of the United States at left. The poster measures 54 x 37cm and was originally published in 1918 by Buxton and Skinner, St. Louis, Mo.
