Camp Funston, [Kansas] May 25 [1918] Dear Brother: We are still here but will leave about Monday or Tuesday 28th Altho I am not quite sure. Everything is ready now for us to leave any day. The 353rd regiment is leaving today and will be gone by tomorrow. Our regiment is last to leave. All the other regiments have been going out all week. I am sending a package this evening its nothing of value but keep it for me just the same. Am going to take my shoving outfit with me, for it sure is handy. Also am sending you an emblem wear it in the honor of me being in this line of service. I received a letter from
