[Fort Riley] Kansas: [July 1, 1917] Dr. [Henry Milton] Whelpley, 220 S. Broadway, St. Louis, [Missouri]. Dear Sir. You will find enclosed blanks which I phoned you about before leaving St. Louis. You will please fill them out and return to me. We have a very nice camp out here. We receive about 8 hours instruction a day. There is about 1500 men in the Medical Training Camp.
