Web Duckworth Undertaker and Licensed Embalmer PHONE NO. 6 St. Clair, [Missouri], [September] 15, 1918 Dr. [Henry Milton] Whelpely, Dear Sir and Friend, Am sending you Henrys picture he 2 Inlisted in the Medical Corps in March. 1. Graduated in Medicine in [February] went to Sedalia to work in M.K and T Hospital after he graduated – received his comission as 1st Lieut while at Sedalia the 18 of June. Came home and was called to the service the 6th of July to camp Greenleaf or Camp Ogalthrop [Georgia] he likes his place fine and at present time is training some of the men. You can send the Journal to me & will pay you for 2 extra copies an I want me for his Nucle. I will mail one to him but you mite to him I think he will get it O.K. at the following address 1st Lieut W. C. Duckworth. M.C. Chattanooga, [Tennessee] c/o Y.M.C.A. #27. Military Branch. You see he is changed around [ms illegible: 1 wd] there he goes out to Base Hospit then back & so forth. But you
