#2358. Bedford Ave E W Hills Mrs M. Ladrigan [February] 14 [1919] Mr Whelpley My Dear Mr Whelpley I received your wonderful letter & card for the returning young Men or in other words our A.PH.A. Heros. I am so glad you people have gone into the good points of this question and hope that each and every one of us will do what we can. Now My Boy is at present in Brest France in Hospital Unit 112 A.E.F. A.P.O. 716 Base 5 and I sent your letter and Card to him

telling him if he did not want to use it to give it too some worthy returning [Cincinnati] or any state he belonged to and fill it out and send it to you. Now I am sending you a small check to help out if only for stamps and hope to do better later and hope this check will bring just showers of Money to this cause I am going to write you a letter later I have a small farm of 3 ace and would like to grow herbs Would You advise me too Yours Respt. Mrs M Ladrigan
