Mrs. Margaret L. Ladrigan #2358 Bedford ave E.W. Hills. Cincinnati Ohio December 18 [1918] My Dear Mr. Whelpley I am thankfull for the offer you give John and Myself. First I must tell you John is over there some where and I stored my furniture and rented #321 University ave house as I myself am at G. R. Therse and enjoy the Pharmacical books as Much as My son does and will willingly Send Check for same you fellows ought to be proud of our [Cincinnati] Pharmicyal boys and let us hope they have done good work & certainly want to go into the drug buissness some day If John Comes home again and does not get the French fever thanking you, I remain yours Respect Mss. M.J. Ladrigan

he was transfered from Camp Sherman in September to Camp Upton, [New York] and in October to expeditionary force Unit 112 Base Hospital Pharmacal Corps and I received a Card from Red Cross he arrived Safely over Sees but you had better send books to me untill further Notice
