Leavenworth Kansas. August, 19 1918. Mr. [Henry Milton] Whelpley, Dear Sir: Am still here and working hard. Hope every thing around the School is coming along nicely. I sure would like to get back for a visit but don’t see any chance soon. Have meet several of the old [St. Louis College of Pharmacy] boys since I came here. Have been wondering what became of the Pharmaceutical bills so thot I would write you. Heard they were to come up in [February] but since that time have heard nothing of them. Will you please give me any information in regard to them you might have. Expect you are busy so will cut this short respectfully yours, Sgt. Floyd Welch 111, 4th, Ave. Leavenworth [Kansas]
