Camp Travis, Texas January 1st, 1919 Meyer [Brothers] Drug [Company], St. Louis, Missouri Gentlemen- I left Mt. Olive, Illinois during March 1918, without sending you any change of address. The April (1918) was the last copy received by me. I will renew my subscription for 2 years providing you will begin with the May (1918) issue and send me the intervening issues. Otherwise I will renew for one year beginning with the December (1918) issue. Entered the service June 15th, 1918, at Fort Riley, Kansas. Transfered to Camp Travis, September (1918) and assigned to the 18th Sanitary Train, 18th Division.
