Camp Funston Kansas [September] 8 1918. Dean of the St Louis College of Pharmacy 2120 Locust St. Dear Sir: - As I was a student of the St. Louis College of Pharmacy last year, I desire to complete my senior year this following term, but before doing so I am required to have an affidavit stating how far my college work extended and how much it takes to complete my course. I take this privilege to ask you the favor of writing an affidavit to my camp any commander Co 33 D.B 164 Thanking you for the same. I am a former Student Henry P Schlagenhauf Co 33 D. B 164.
