Moestr of Luxembourg [February] 24, 1919 Mr. [Henry Milton] Whelpley St. Louis, [Missouri] Dear Sir:- While sitting here wondering what I would do when the time came to return to the United States. I thot I might drop a line or two and see what is going on in the city in the line of drugs. You no doubt know that I was serving over here in the Med. Dept 130 Inf. 33 Div. Yes for 9 months I have put up with the European styles, and feel assured that I have enough. But will not return until the middle of May. While over here my Mother has written me several times in regard to some dues that I should pay for some Pharmacy Catalouge or such, so I answered and told her

to remit same, so all would go along alright. But now it strikes me that I haven’t payed my dues for the renewal of license nor my Alumni dues. So I would appreciate a bit of advise in regard to it and also my list due, and I will remit at once. Are there any changes made in the reciprosity law, for the graduates of the [Saint Louis College of Pharmacy] to practice in Illinois after returning over here? All information will be greatly appreciated. Yours respectfully Sgt. Ben Guaegy Med. Dept. 130 Inf. 33 Div. A.E.F.
