Attilio Graziani 305 Field Hospital 302 Sanitary Train [American Expeditionary] Forces Mr. Henry [Milton] Whelpley, 2342 Albion Place, Dear Sir: Received your bill for the payment as member of the A.Ph.A. for the year 1919, but, as I hope you or informed, there is no chance for me to send money to United States, being here, in France, as soldier since April 1918. Since I’m in France I did not receive any journal of the A.Ph.A. that I was receiving monthly when I was in the United States. I did not even receive the cloth bound copy of the “Year book” of the A.Ph.A. due to me for the ending year 1917 and 1918. Being unable to send any money to America now, I will willingly pay my dues as soon I will be back in U.S. (over)
