Virgil Thomas Sergt. 1st Class Serial No. 1082335 Enlisted February 13, 1918 at Los Angeles, Calif. Was first stationed at San Francisco Sent from there to Kelly Field from there to St. Paul Minn. With Sqd. Returned to Rockwell Field San Diego, Calif. Was sent as mechanic to map out aerial mail routes. Later was sent with Victory Loan Flying Sqd. Then to Redding Calif. Where he was Air Fire Patrol Then called for Transcontinental Flight.
