Some day when time is on your hands rummage around some of the books and papers of ours and see if you can find any old clippings of any kind concerning Maurice or me. I will have time to do some pasting in my scrap book, which is now in an advanced stage! Not a thing else is new. I

Description | Charles Stevenson wrote to his grandma and explained how he was in confinement for accidentally firing off a rifle. Stevenson enlisted in Kansas City, Missouri and became attached to Company A, 314th Engineers at Camp Funston, Kansas. Stevenson was shipped overseas on June 12, 1918 where he remained for the duration of the war. He arrived back in the United States on May 26, 1919. |
