TO : Adjutant, 2nd Brigade, 1st Division. SUBJECT : Whereabouts of Lt. Maurice S. Stevenson 1. Can you give me the hospital address or tell me where I can get information regarding Lieut. Maurice S. Stevenson, an side on the staff of Brig. General Bamford. The lieutenant is my brother. 2. On October 2 he wrote that he had been injured and since then I have not heard form him. Any information you can give me concerning his progress, the hospital to which he was sent of any particulars about him, will certainly be appreciated. Sergt. Charles S.
