Reed & Co., Chicago [Illinois] Gentlemen:- Referring to Memo of Agreement dated [October] 15th covering sample Benoist type Hydro-Aeroplane, and duly executed by us, we are informed by Mr Partridge that you likewise have executed contract and that it has been sent on to your New York Associates, who have approved it, and have forwarded it on Saturday
