[Russian Y.M.C.A letterhead] Feb – 1912 [sic 1918] Dear Ma - : I Rec’d your two Letters of [December] 11 and 25 very glad to hear from you. I am well just came out of the Front Line Life in the trenches is in a class by it’s self. they are pretty muddy in places the duties there are quite strenous at times we are haveing fine weather.
