cured this time but I dont suppose she ever will be. I am writing this in a barn loft and the light is bad. Well the allies are haveing success. I seen the Boy Violinist whos picture you sent me and I also heard him play I suppose young Richards will soon be an ace, or he may not want to be one. I also read the article how it feels to drop bombs on the enemy I guess it must feel good I know how it feels to have them dropt in your vicinity, as I had a small 3 ft one land under where I and a pard were sleeping it never went off if it had, I wouldent be writeing this beleive me I shure left the place where it fell. no use as the danger was over. I

I guess he and Walter both have ben on the front by now Do you ever hear from the lady out in central [Kansas] I havent seen her boy for some time I hope he is all right.
