Transcript
My dear Mrs Shaw Dear friend Lizzette : - Knowing that you are going to France this summer on that very unusual and wonderful journey I am thinking first of your boy over there and how difficult it is going to be to make it some thing to be remembered with comfort and consolation - but out of it I am sure there will come not only a peace but certain pride - For these young lives could not go out without a mother feeling such things.
