Description | Letter from Adolf J. Schliesser to his brother informing him that he had enclosed his story and some photographs in the letter. Schliesser was the first pastor of the Lutheran Church in Missouri to be appointed into the Army as a Chaplain. Schliesser served as a Chaplain for German prisoners of war during World War I, and saw military service on the Mexican Border. |
