Description Letter from Lieutenant Colonel Walter J. Warner of the 128th Field Artillery to Colonel Frank M. Rumbold telling him of the men remaining in the service and when they hope to return home. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
