| Description | Letter from the Adjutants General's office in Jefferson City, Missouri to Frank M. Rumbold stating the dates on the muster out rolls of Battery A of the 128th Field Artillery. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927. |
