Description This newspaper article discusses the various troops and officers that arrived in New York on the steamship Minnekahda. The ship carried 2,736 men from the 329th Infantry, 83rd Division, and other casual officers including Frank Rumbold. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
