WAR DEPARTMENT, WASHINGTON, AUGUST 8, 1917. SPECIAL ORDERS, No. 183.} Extract. 78. By direction of the President, Col. Frank M. Rumbold, 1st Field Artillery, Missouri National Guard, is relieved from duty in the office of the Chief of the Militia Bureau, to take effect August 9, 1917, and will then proceed to join his regiment. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927. |
