Description Special orders number 10 issued by Brigadier General T.B. Dugan listing the names of officers who were to report to Fort Sill, Oklahoma to attend the School of Fire. Colonel Frank M. Rumbold was among those listed for duty. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
