MJO-PVM GENERAL HEADQUARTERS, AMERICAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCES Special Orders, No. 362 France, December 28, 1918. Extract. 54 Colonel Frank M. Rumbold, Field Artillery, is relieved from further duty with the Artillery Replacement Regiment, and will proceed to Angers, reporting to the Commanding Officer of that place for transportation to the United States as a casual officer.
