A.G. 201, Rumbold, Frank M. Offs.423,RRP/GFS/MEM Orders. September 16, 1920. Colonel Frank M. Rumbold, General Staff, Room 348, State, War and Navy Building, Washington, D.C. You will proceed from this city to Topeka, Kansas, on temporary duty for the purpose of conferring with Reserve and National Guard officers and explaining War Department policies to them, and upon completion of this duty will return to your proper station in this city. 2. The travel directed is necessary in the military service. By orders of the Secretary of War: Richard R. Pickering. Adjutant General.
