Headquarters 35th Division, Camp Doniphan, Fort Sill, [Oklahoma]. December 28, 1917. SPECIAL ORDERS No. 115. Extract. 19. In compliance with telegraphic instructions, War Department, A.G.O., December 28, 1917, the following named officers will proceed to Fort Sam Houston, Texas, at such time as will enable them to comply with this order and report in person on January 2, 1918, to Brigadier General Thomas B. Duggan, N.A., Director, Brigade & Field Officers

Description Special orders by command of Brigadier General Martin listing the names of officers who were to report to Fort Sam Houston, Texas to attend Field Officers' School. Colonel Frank M. Rumbold was among those called to travel to Fort Sam Houston. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
