| Description | General Orders number 177 by order of the Secretary of War Newton Baker making an amendment to a previous order for named officers of the Officers' Reserve Corps to report to the Chief of Staff. Colonel Frank Rumbold is among the named officers. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927. |
