Description Brigadier General L.G. Berry, commander of the 60th Field Artillery Brigade, wrote to General Peter E. Traub informing him that Frank M. Rumbold's colonelcy of the 128th Field Artillery was replaced by Colonel George A. Taylor. General Peter E. Traub then writes to Rumbold informing him of this action. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
