| Description | Letter from Colonel L.A. Craig of the 32nd Infantry Volunteers to the Chief Mustering Officer in San Francisco, California providing a report of Frank M. Rumbold's qualifications as a staff officer. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927. |
