[American Expeditionary Forces letterhead] MEP/LK Special Orders No. 244 France, November 11, 1918. Par. 84. Colonel Frank M. Rumbold, F.A., now at these headquarters will proceed to Le Courneau, reporting upon arrival to the Commanding Officer for physical re-examination and use as a replacement when qualified. Description Special Orders for Frank M. Rumbold to report to Le Courneau, France to report for physical examination. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
