MJO-PVM GENERAL HEADQUARTERS, AMERICAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCES SPECIAL ORDERS? NO. 362 France, December 28, 1918. EXTRACT. 54. Colonel Frank M. Rumbold, Field Artillery, is relieved from further duty with the Artillery Replacement Regiment, and will proceed to Anger, reporting to the Commanding Officer of that place for transportation to the United States as a casual officer. Description Special order from James W. McAndrew by command of General John J. Pershing stating that Colonel Frank M. Rumbold was relieved from the Artillery Replacement Regiment. Frank Meeker Rumbold served as Colonel of the 128th Field Artillery during World War I. He later served as Adjutant General of Missouri from 1925 to 1927.
