Rumbold a Captain & Adjutant in the Thirty-Second Regiment of Infantry, United States Volunteers, who was commissioned as such under the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1899, is hereby honorably discharged from the service of the United States by reason of the Muster out of the service of his Regiment.
